Hot on the heels of Dwayne Bravo joining Victoria for the Australian KFC Twenty20 Big Bash competition comes the news that West Indies captain Chris Gayle has signed a contract with the Western Australia Warriors. Described by Warriors' coach Tom Moody as "arguably one of the best Twenty20 players in the world" Gayle was sought out after recently retired Warriors batsman Adam Gilchrist could not be persuaded to play another season.
