Mistrust lingers between Board and Players' Association

In an article in Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday (WIPA blames WI Board for potential $$ stand-off), Stephon Nicholas sheds light on some of the details behind the latest row between WIPA and WICB. What emerges most clearly is that the mistrust between the two bodies is as high as ever, as it seems that the WICB did not trust WIPA to disburse the settlement funds from last October's New York Agreement to the players. The bickering apparently started over a list of players to whom the board would pay directly, bypassing the Player's Association.
