Windies v Bangladesh

DENESH RAMDIN smacked Bangladesh all over in a record-filled innings to set up a huge West Indies victory in their third and final one-day international series cricket match at Warner Park, St Kitts, yesterday.

The wicketkeeper-batsman plundered a record 169 off 121 balls to launch the regional team to 338 for seven off 50 overs. He clobbered 11 sixes and eight fours on his way to scoring the highest score by a West Indies wicketkeeper in ODIs.

Bangladesh scored 247 for eight off 50 overs to suffer a 91-run defeat, and whitewash in the three-match series, having been beaten in the first two matches. Ravi Rampaul took 4-29 off ten overs.
