Bridgetown, Barbados, February 22 - (www.bcacricket.org) - Guyana Jaguars, chasing 333 to win, were 41 without loss off 11 overs at the close of play on the third day of the seventh round WICB PCL first-class match against Barbados Pride at Kensington Oval today.

The not out batsmen were Vishaul Singh on 14 and Rajindra Chandrika, 25.

Ottley, Khan lead T&T to emphatic 178-run win over Jamaica

Trinidad and Tobago Red Force leg-spinner Imran Khan six wickets for 24 runs to help his team clinch an easy 178-run victory over Jamaica on the third day of their round seven West Indies Cricket Board Professional Cricket League (PCL) four-day match at Sabina Park, Jamaica, yesterday.
Kjorn Ottley set up the win for the Red Force hitting 99 as Rayad Emrit’s men posted 246 in their second innings to set the Jamaicans a victory target of 357. The Jamaicans did not shy away from the challenge racing to 128 for two at Tea from 22 overs before slipping to 178 all out.

Volcanoes blow away Hurricanes

Windward Islands Volcanoes easily trounced the luckless Leeward Islands Hurricanes by nine wickets yesterday, to remain a serious contender for the WICB Professional Cricket League title.

Set an uncomplicated target of 83, the Windwards needed just 74 balls to complete victory at the Beausejour Cricket Ground, about 45 minutes after lunch on the penultimate day of their seventh round encounter.
Seasoned opener Devon Smith continued his rich vein of form, stroking an unbeaten 39 off 33 balls with four fours and a six. He added 42 off 26 balls for the first wicket with Johnson Charles whose 27 required 18 deliveries and included three fours and a six.
