U-19 Red Stripe Squad Named

Six players from double champions Trinidad & Tobago were included in a 20-man squad to train for this year's Red Stripe Bowl competition, the junior West Indies selection panel announced over the weekend..
The squad will participate in a one-week camp in Trinidad & Tobago and reduced to 16 for the Red Stripe Bowl competition which starts in October.
Trinidad & Tobago: Tishan Maraj, Lendl Simmons, Denesh Ramdin, Ravi Ramphal, Jonathan Agustus and Rishi Bachan.
Windward Islands: Craig Emmanuel, Liam Sebastien, Mervin Matthews and Jean Paul.
Guyana: Assad Fudadin, Zaheer Mohammed, Zamal Khan and Tyrell Tull.
Barbados: Kirk Edwards, Barrington Yearwood and Martin Nurse.
Jamaica: Xavier Marshall and Krishmar Santokie.
Leeward Islands: Larry Joseph.
Meanwhile, at a presentation ceremony at the GCC ground, Bourda, Trinidad and Tobago also collected a number of individual trophies, including Denesh Ramdin (most outstanding wicketkeeper and the most outstanding batsman).
Fast bowler Ravi Ramphal collected the most outstanding bowler award and Tishan Maraj the man-of-the-match award.
Windwards captain Liam Sebastien was named the best all-rounder while Jamaica?s Xavier Marshall was the best fieldsman.
