Wisden Remembers the 1960-1961 Tied Test

A special multi-media feature on the new Wisden Web site has
presented brilliant highlights on the Tied Test at Brisbane in
1960-61. For those old enough to remember, that tour basically
reignited Test cricket and had repercussions far beyond the playing
fields of Australia.
Wisden writes: "As the shadows lengthened, Australia first
struggled, then looked to be heading for a comfortable victory...It
all boiled down to the last over. The one result nobody had
bargained for was a tie - both teams all out with the scores level
- because there had never been one in Test cricket before. But that
was before Wes Hall tore in to deliver that famous last over"...
