In reply to tc1
No we beat who we faced
In reply to Chrissy
We need a lap of honor now.
In reply to Chrissy
Congrats captain Bravo and the West Indies.
Thanks for avenging the series defeat last time out under Sammy's stewardship.
In reply to tc1
No blood but we sunk so low under Gibson and Sammy that Bangladesh beat us last series.
Don't worry we beating Ozzie soon!

The 'Dotties' in Control
Didn't West Indies suffer a humiliating series loss to Bangladesh last time ?
Did Sammy perform a lap of honor/shame when he lost the series ?
Real Talk:The top order really needs a look at though.Figure out who are your openers and first drops.
In reply to bimbo is that so,
what was the rank before Sammy and for this great victory what is our rank.
don't get me wrong we stink before Sammy, we stink during, and after .
we won with Lara, Walsh, Hooper, Gayle, was rank #1,
a new day, let's rejoice and be glad in it, happy days are here again,
we beat the # 1 rank team today.
In reply to tc1
Its just Bangla bro but we had to beat them. They beat up Sammy last time.
Apparently you would have had a stroke if they lost. Don't be a cloud on a sunny day
In reply to voiceofreason
Well I remember di Pacifier having a lap of honour for a match we didn't win.
Any comment?
In reply to djdrastic
That was away to Bangladesh. Nothing humiliating about that as Oz/India and NZD HAVE LOST THERE.
No.
In reply to Chrissy
The lap was to salute the many Dominicans who turned out to support the West Indies in the first Test Match in Dominica.
When we were on out 6-0 Test run I recall some discrediting it as four of the Games were against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. Those same people( including yourself) are jumping and waving at beating the same Bangladesh.
In reply to voiceofreason
Ah got it ...
Home victories are unimportant unless Sammy is captain.
Keep moving those goalposts VoR.
In reply to djdrastic
Huh?
Where did I even imply that?
It is Bangladesh you fool.
Phew!

Pacifier done, Gibson done.
Not so fast. Now that the series is won, I think Sammy should get a game. Kind of a going away present.
Wouldn't you agree?
In reply to Drapsey
No - he will lead di team for di T20 next Wednesday - all goodbyes can be shared then.
In reply to Chrissy
A delayed celebration? How long has it been since Sammy lost the ODI captaincy?
I was expecting you to celebrate after the first TEST series Windies played post Sammy captaincy (against New Zealand). But wait...what happpened then? WE LOST!
In reply to JOJO
Chrissy chooses her moments well. For someone so "involved" in West Indies cricket her (and many like her. Including Sammy supporters) are impartial bad!!!!
In reply to JOJO... that's because we changed a winning side ... now you see why Gibson had to go.
In reply to natty_forever
Gibson changed the team ?
In reply to Commie... so who did? Ramdin? Well I think who did no longer have a job.
In reply to natty_forever
Blackwood is not so important that he is a game changer for WI losing or winning series.
Ramdin ? By this time next year he might not have a job.
You dealing with WI Cricket. Surely you know how it goes.
In reply to Commie... no I don't ... some were allowed to lose for 4 years. However, no Blackwood, 0-1... in comes Blackwood ... 1-1 ... out goes Blackwood ...1-2.
In reply to natty_forever
Is that the logic you were using for the Tallawahs ?
How did that work out in the end.
Padna..WI lost because NZ played better than they did. It was close because in the Caribbean we are much better than we are away.
In reply to Commie... you never saw he got hurt and left the field ... a sure you know what happened after that.
NZ played better in the first, we played better in the second ... then ...
