Believe that Cameron acted on his own ???
I do not believe that he did that simply because his powers are limited , in that he
by necessity is powerless unless he has the support of the majority of the Regional Board Presidents . They are the persons in the WICB
who have REAL power .

With all due respect , my take is that essentially Cameron is being made the fall Guy . He obvious;y must go , but so also must ALL the Regional Board Presidents .

I am firmly of the opinion that Cameron certainly was not acting on his own since his power is less than that of the Regional
Boards Presidents .

Once again the MIMIC MEN in the WICB were so steeped in their Arrogance that they deemed it an affront for Cameron to go to India from Dubai to talk to the Players ; who they despise despite making a lot of money from the Players .

A Mr. Leslie talked about having a new model of governance of Cricket in the Region e WICB , I agree with that , however just doing that is akin to putting the Cart before the horse . The first order of business must be a complete
restructuring of Cricket in the Region .

This must include the WICB ; the Regional Boards ; and Operations at Factory Road . It is the continuous failure to do this that has dragged Cricket in the Region to
a new low .

I agree with Andy Roberts when he stated that a Delegation of former great Players and a Representative from Caricom go to India . He stated that no One from the WICB must be in that delegation .

Rudi Webster stated that the ICC should have a rating regarding the performance
of International Cricket Boards , judging by its performances for decades , I doubt that the WICB would be in favour of this .

There was some talk about about changing the structure so that the Players must have Representatives on the governance Board . I am also in favour of this , apart from being a good thing to do , that would hopefully lessen the animosity between the Board & the Players .

I agree - they all voted for him.
They should all go.

He just don't know if the president or Hinds has any training in conflick resolution, he is saying the players have an investment in the game and should be heard,

the president is decision marker, the buck stops with him. he has a staff and a CEO who run the asylum on a daily basic.
