I see you looking for the answer.

I will tell you something. For the past 20 years or so we have this problem with players and board and the only thing you get from it is a laugh from the radio shows. What ever get resolve - they slap a plaster pon it and in time it fall off and we in the same place again.

Dr. Webster may be right this time and I am hopeful too that a serious change needs to take place. We can't keep appoint these stone face people in the Caribbean to run an organization like the West Indies anymore.

I hear many people keep saying that the game has evolved into a business but WICB has stayed the same. I'm that, you will always have friction. I believe I heard Chrissy said it last night about the massa and the workers.

We need to hire a proper CEO that runs the organization like a business and must be able to show clean books and records. American style.
