Quit smoking ah few years ago, but decided to join the e-cig craze
What are the health ramifications of e-cig?
Do I have to wait 10 years until the data comes in?

Don't allow yourself to be slave to any addiction
That's my advice, which you requested
Nothign wrong with vaping if you choose to not use nicotine.
In reply to black
My good friend, it is simple. I will use very few words.
Avoid.
Nicotine.
In reply to black
Not a health professional nor a smoker but I can tell you there are some vaporizers out there you can use marijuana in.
See, you can get all the benefits of getting high while avoiding the dangers of nicotine.

If you quit smoking why would you need an e-cig. Are you still having cravings?
There have been reports that some of the various brands have chemicals in them that are harmful. So my advice would be avoid if you can. Pick up a healthy habit such as exercising. That's as much as I will say.
Questions?

I don't think the cravings ever go away
I do exercise
In reply to black
Good. Keep exercising. Even if it means to walk.
How about withdrawal symptoms? Still get those?
In reply to Convexrook
Not really
In reply to black
Ok so that's a huge obstacle overcome then. So don't let the hard work go to waste then bro.
So you may need ssoome psychological help to work on the cravings part of it then.
Now make sure you understand my statement. It is in no way meant to be negative.

If you DECIDED to quit smoking why do you have to go and join a new smoking craze?
Are you weak in the head or what?
Are you looking for a co-dependent on this MB?
In reply to ProWI
Yeah, you buy I smoke it
In reply to black
Yea, I can give yuh sometin' betta to smoke.
Its probably the best smoking alternative out there. The most impressive part of it is the ability to decrease your nicotine levels (nicotine is the most harmful part of vaping and it's more a stimulant than anything else ), there are ppl that kicked the nicotine habit but still have psychological craving which is why there are juices with no nicotine in them. If ur somebody that has already kicked the habit it makes no sense to take up vaping. But if u must, go to a vape shop let them hook you up with a rig and just do the no nicotine juice, they come in nice flavors too
