slow motion replays
In reply to Commie
I expect to see mangoes falling out of Narine' sleeves one of these days..
Pelters never change. I have never seen a pelter return with a clean action.
He pelts every ball not one is legit
In reply to Commie
I do not understand how the commentators and their supporters can condone it...
In reply to Master_Blaster
They condoned Lawson also, I have heard Dujon make subliminal references to Beaton's action however.
In reply to Master_Blaster
But you fine with Crandon?
Loud and outspoken, its unjust and just plain cheating except when you doing it?
In reply to Andy99
Man, these same people were fine with Narine when he playing for Windies. The same people crying today.
In reply to Andy99
I live in Canada bro...have not seen Crandon bowled...no one should be allowed..that is why to me the greatest spinner in the modern era is Shane Warne and not Murali
In reply to Admin
Indeed.
I can respect your stance even I though I don't agree with it.
You consistent, anyone with ah bend visible to eye is throwing.
In reply to Master_Blaster
But you see Narine?
Slow motion replays can't help a mudslide , it would look the same way forward , fast forward , slow mo and super slow mo
Admin don't open their eyes to exactly how disingenuous they really are.
In reply to Admin
not me sir I do not look at or follow cricket as much as you guys but I do not condone cheating...Gy lost and its over...my concern is it seems like there is a crisis in the WIm who is overlooking all of these bowlers with suspect action in the Caribbean..
In reply to Andy99
if only you could be.
In reply to Master_Blaster
I DO agree however that commies and officials should look after these players and talk about it on air and in training rather than build them up and send them to international cricket.
If it is as bad as people say them Commies should be bringing the concerns to the listeners/viewers.
In reply to Andy99
I have seen him many times on TV and he as well as Samuels and Shillingford are all throwers..
Sadly he may not be able to represent WI in the WC because of the negligence of the WICB..
In reply to JahJah
Peeping Tom again, MR consistent when it comes to peeping.
In reply to Andy99
Battyquake and I had many many arguments
I admitted to him in my opinion Philip was a borderline pelter...and until such time he is called and banned...then I have no choice than to accept him
This is still my stance
In reply to Andy99
Ediat. This MB is made for posting, otherwise it would be dormant like yu brain cells. I posting to call you out. You who cuss other players for pelting but board busy answering all and sundry who dare question yu blue eyed boy.
In reply to Narper
My stance was he CAN bowl but he DOES pelt SOME. Said so many times here.
Haven't seen him since to take a stance now.
In reply to Admin
Pelters never change. I have never seen a pelter return with a clean action.
muscle memory - it will take 1000s if not 10,000s of reps doing the right thing to change a lifetime action. He will be called at the WC IF HE TAKES WICKETS (of India, Aus, Eng or SA. if however he gets beaten like a step child, then he will not, just think about when Lawson was called.
In reply to JahJah
Man everyone know you is ah peeping Tom.
Everyone else makes posts here, creates thread and has discussions but you does just be lurking(peeping) and jump on someone's case.
Oh wait, you created an actual discussion earlier today about Russell's 50th wicket, was that your first fuh years?
I cuss out other players fuh pelting? Really? When?
In reply to Andy99
Interesting!!!
In reply to WestDem
Not really.
Its clear he flexes big on some but I've also seen him bowl with little or no flex.
In reply to armchair
Don't get why kids grow up learning to pelt.
I grew up knowing bowling not pelting.
I can't pelt even if I tried its awkward.
Meanwhile can bowl anything.
In reply to Andy99
News to me. Who is everyone? Do you discuss this with them via PM? Sounds like you really are a maco man if you do this.
Oh yeah, I start many discussions in both rooms. You doh see? Den get yu yeye dem check. I however do like to call out hypocrites like you. You are among the worst on here.
In reply to JahJah
Nah I leave them PMing fuh them antimen them, thats more your field.
Coming from you that has ZERO value.
In reply to Andy99
When applied to you, it has 100% value!!!
PS: only anti man here is you.
In reply to Andy99
well certainly he is not a mystery
i am goin to feel bad for him wen the truth comes out next month at the world cup..cause the other teams knows wat this guy can do..
I like the youth and all but the truth is he is throwing and this is not abt regional cricket this is abt WI and the world cup chances
In reply to Andy99
I grew up pelting fast and the guys told me - hell no!
These days no one does seems to question anything. Guys apparently can determine what practice to attend and what to skip.
To answer your question, you didnt practice pelting
In reply to Master_Blaster
Pelting is a technical issue. The people who pelt don't set out to cheat I think. They do, however, gain some unfair advantage. The main issue is that they have been allowed for too long to bowl with these questionable actions. Lawson was pelting from school and yet was allowed to become an international bowler. Same goes for Shillingford. I think it now has to be accepted that the douser cannot be delivered legally and so should be outlawed from cricket.
In reply to armchair
As long as you help win no one cares today...
But with regard to Narine, the crux will be the 15 degree flex. There are many deliveries that dosent show too much flex like how Murali's or Saeed Ajmal or Shillingford. It would be interesting to see if he is found to flex more than 15 Degrees if he goes for Assessment anytime soon.
In reply to Andy99
I understand exactly what you are saying, even if I try to pelt it seems a difficult job.If I have to pelt a ball in fielding that is different, but to run up and try to pelt instead of bowl is very difficult.
