Trinidad (CMC):Trinidad and Tobago Red Force crushed Guyana Jaguars by 135 runs to win the final of the NAGICO Super50 yesterday.
Led by a six-wicket haul from champion off-spinner Sunil Narine, Red Force bowled out Jaguars for a paltry 65 off 24 overs at Queen's Park Oval, to secure a ruthless victory.
Narine finished with remarkable figures of six wickets for nine runs from eight overs as Jaguars, chasing 201 for victory, crashed from a position of 36 without loss to lose their last 10 wickets for 29 runs.
Opener Trevon Griffith top scored with 31 from 28 balls, but once Narine removed him in the seventh over, caught by Kieron Pollard at first slip, the innings plunged into terminal decline.

The lack of a response to this Headline and the many anti Narine threads shows how many people around here are still toting from that beat down .
Well done TnT Red Force on your 11th 50 over First Class title . I am happy for Captain Emrit m he lead from the front and despite some batting problems for the team not only the openers , they were able to defend or case any total to finish the competition unbeaten.
Narine was working his way back to form and only hit his stride against the Leewards . DJ Bravo finished as the best seam bowler in the competition.
For me C.Powell , R.Powell and P.Wintz were the most promising bowlers for the competition and deserve to be in a development program . Maybe the CCC has such a program .

Not really.
Trinidad have three bites of the cherry in Trinidad in their home conditions. It is expected they do well considering that in regional cricket overall Trinidad get whipped away and are stronger at home. Let the tourney be held three years in a row in nearly every territory and the same would apply.
As for Narine, surely you GET what the issue is.

Narine too much for the Warriors....Actully Narine too much for anyone so he is withdrawing from the WC in order to give other teams a chance.
