I supported him when he first ran for the president of the BCA, I dont think he has done a good job as president.
I am not sure if BB is qualify for the job, base on his handling of issues with the BCA.
He just blame the BCA for the hiring of the CEO

Bird seems resigned to his fate..
Wanted to go to Mudland but the Muddies told him he's persona non grata

Man wunna sweet fuh days....wunna now waking up to the fact that the Bird is a weak relative.......when it comes to him and the incumbent it is a case of better the devil I know than the angel I don't......I still maintain, no one should have opposed J'ca Dave for the post of president, he started the row, now he should settle it..........

eXodus 2015-03-04 08:38:13

how'd this go?

jacksprat 2015-03-04 10:03:44

I reiterate: As much as I don't support the incumbent, I have never been impressed with Joel Garner as a leader. He seems to be cut from the same fabric as the old style manager: "Management Said So; My Way or the Highway"

Plus, I still recall when Deryk Murray approached him as a fellow cricketer, and tried to form an alliance to try to wrest control of the WICB from the businessmen. His reaction to Murray still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Agree with you
Garner is a bumbling idiot of gargantuan proportion

FuzzyWuzzy 2015-03-04 13:51:56

Some on here from the land of wood and water would denigrate anything and anybody so that Cameron is returned. Better they all do like fanattic.lol big grin

I was not aware of overture from Deryck Murray, if the article is correct then Garner is very politically naïve, his response to Murray was without much thought and to inform a newspaper of that said response was silly unless Garner had intentions of forming his own political bloc with others.

Not only that, but he seems like an opportunist.

Nothing much has changed-except for some of the personalities-but he was not willing to rock the boat.

Cameron was an integral part of the last regime-amid all its dysfunction-and questions about him have been swirling in the public domain for ages, yet big bad Big Bird was not willing to challenge the status quo.

There is no reason to challenge the accuracy of the story; It has been around for a long time and I am not aware that Garner effort challenged its veracity before.
