That's juvenile players don't make money in a vacuum. Some entity has to organize the games and develop the players

the WICB does that.. they would like to do more, but there is no funds..
Under 19 and 23 tours of Asia, South Africa and England are required.. but where is the money to do this

Seriously though fuzz, holding tournaments for U15s etc is not developing talent IMHO.

Lara like Llyod should stay away from the management of cricket.
If he want to be involve, be a batting coach for one of the clubs or regional team.

Agree. If you are a skilled craftsman. It does not qualifies you as management material.

True, a great batter doesn't make for a great manager, but Brian has a management degree, I believe an MBA. Perhaps bloggers from the banana republic can verify this for us.
