The problem with CJ is NZ top order has been amazing and Southee and Boult have been amazing too (Southee cooled a little).
Less for him to do but he has been good still.
I would have selected Dhawan ahead of Guptil.
Dhawan was much more consistent IMO
Brendan Taylor should have been in this squad as well
Not sure Morkel made it ahead of Shami or Yadav

On what basis is McCullum there?
Gayle made more runs than McCullum, with a higher average despite playing 3 fewer games.
