How to make a one handed catch

1. Look the ball into the hand then let the wrist fall backward stopping the ball. If the hand is rigid, the ball will meet stiff resistance and bounce forward.

2. For those not good with the wrist, repeat the process but instead once the ball is in hand, then let the arm fall backward.

Try it in the backyard, works every time.

Better to catch it the first time, you cannot rely on a second shot.

It's essential to soften the hands.
