Grenada youth movement
Good to see. Didn't realise Stewart is still only 15. He did not do well in his first u19 tourney but was player of tourney in WI u15 and WI u17.

Was it Josh Thomas that you mentioned a while back that was worth keeping an eye on ?
If the Windward Islands Cricket Board
persists in the asinine idea of cramming 4 innings into 2 days for its
Players :
ULTIMATELY THEY WILL ALL FAIL , MARK
MY WORDS , BUT SOME LOVE TO DEFEND
THE INDEFENSIBLE .
The longer versions of the game calls
for :
STAMINA - MENTAL & PHYSICAL IN ALL
ASPECTS OF THE GAME .
THE ABILITY TO BUILD AN INNINGS ;
THE ABILITY TO FORGE PARTNERSHIPS ;
CONCENTRATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE
GAME .
These are the key components that are
necessary in the longer versions of the game to win a Series , not one freaking match .
Now to obtain the necessary components that I have listed above ,
PLAYERS HAVE TO PLAY A LOT OF CRICKET
Those components aint sold in any Store or Supermarket .
So when the Wise men on the Windward
Islands Cricket Board mandates that
the Windward Islands Tournament be limited to two freaking days ,to play 4 innings , it is setting up our
Players to fail in Regional Tournaments .
Let me again say I would like to know what freaking impediment exists
that prevents the Windward Islands Cricket Board from seeking Financial
Sponsors to do what needs to be done .

Yeah. He is quick.
BTW I heard the WICb have their eye on Josh Challenger since they saw him in JA.

Cheers....Don't think Challengers returns were anything to write home about but to be honest you can't just go by that...hopefully they have seen something they like !
