Who is an expert on human behavior?

black 2015-10-09 13:13:49

With all the intelligence humans are supposed to possess and advances we have made, we are just as savage now as we were 10,000 years ago.

Just today, four more students were shot in Arizona.

Why haven't we made progress in this area?

You think experts on human behavior will answer your question?

Here is a non-expert answer: People are going crazy.

The senseless violence - lone gunman on a shooting spree in the U.S. of today is due to....dem bellyfull! Ever heard of that guyneez/caribbean phrase? I always believe in, KISS. When there's no explanation N u deem it as stewpid, senseless, nonsense, mind boggling, etc. Then it's, `dem bellyful`.

Where is the evidence? WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam, Soviet/Afghan war, current Mid east wars, is that progress? We sure have come a long way!

We have.

If you cannot see that then I hope you figure it out.

I do know this... you would not want to jump in a time machine and end up living 400 years in the past.

Yes, we have made progress in our standards of living but not the savagery.

I hope you do not deal with numbers for a living.

Anyway, what you are trying to tell us is society has made great advances in educating people and generally improving the lives of every human yet we are just as savage.

Okay.

Look at the WWI and WWII stats man. And, that is just a fraction of conflicts since then. Terrorists killing thousands, mass killings, slave trade, etc..

It's probably worse now (recent history)

Violence is linked to power and hate which leads seemingly smart intelligent people, as well as groups, to dehumanize one and another.

It is not about how smart we have become, or science or technology or education.

It’s about the condition of the heart!!!!!!

Just shows that evolution is a really slow process. You could say the change we have made is in new developments………which is more like acquiring new and previously non-existing stuff ……but the human makeup, the emotions, the manifested reactions to old stimuli’s – the stuff that’s bred in the bones, the psyche …….. that evolving is S-L-O-W………We have shown an amazing ability to come up with new stuff but not to change old habits.

We have not advanced in that most basic of ways because we have collectively allowed ourselves to be used, primarily by politicians and religious "cults".

Isn't this crap you are posting? I showed nearly 90 million deaths from two world wars and you are telling me about expansion? Which expansion took 90 million lives?

Ayenmol 2015-10-11 09:12:09

(Matt. 24:3) While he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?”

(2 Pet. 3:3, 4) First of all know this, that in the last days ridiculers will come with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep in death, all things are continuing exactly as they were from creation’s beginning.”

^ p (Matt. 24:37-39) For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the Flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they took no note until the Flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.

A few scriptures to ponder.

How many lives the plagues took back in the days? For example the plague of Galen (circa 175 AD) took five million lives when the estimated world population then was less than 200 million. Now correlate that with 90 million out of a 6+ billion population.

Those lives were lost because of the lack of any decent medical technology ....

black 2015-10-11 11:59:02

The plague has nothing to do with this. I am not questioning man's medical advancements, I am talking about senseless slaughtering of people.

White Folks , particularly Men in America are acutely aware that they are fast becoming a Minority in America , and that has spawned a proliferation of
Guns being bought .

The Election of Barack Obama to being the President of the USA , has accelerated this process , especially
since he was elected & Reelected .

This was another catalyst that spurred a lot of White Folks to buy
guns . They were aided & abetted by
Propaganda in the Media , particularly in Rural areas in the USA .

What makes those who hate the west believe that murdering westerners will give them 70 virgins if its done via suicide?

Hate...perhaps..but there is the alleged pay off...sex.

so..

Fear,
Ignorance
Hatred

I would not limit that to America... Even in Europe I found that there was an underlying tensions between the locals and expats. All it takes to make this tension exponentially grow is a Leader who can kindle these emotions.

Obama's presidency has started galvanizing the whites togather and Europe is already fighting against Muslim Expats. Middle east is already in tatters.

We are in tough times where the reality might just blow on our face anytime. Many neutrals are trying hard to maintain the "Civilized Society" face mask but not sure how long they would be able to hold.

black 2015-10-12 08:40:17

I didn't want to make this about race only. Blacks have been at the wrong end of a lot of this, but a great deal has been against ethnic/religious minorities, as we saw in Rwandan, the Mid East, Bosnia, India/Pakistan,etc.

WWI and WWII were largely whites killing whites.
