FYI , as I have stated in this Forum
very recently , the India Supreme Court
is slapping around the BCCI & the States Cricket Associations verbally in
Court .

Like the WICBC , they bluntly refuse to undergo Structural Changes , and the Court finds them tardy regarding
Transparency & Accountability .

All this seems familiar regarding the WICBC , who bluntly refuses to change
its 89 years old Structure , despite
commissioning several Reports , and rejecting the salient features of these Reports .

By now everyone interested in Cricket
knows that the International Cricket
Cabal is an Entity whose main function is to ensure that its members have the power & Authority .

Its Affiliate Members however are meted out harsh treatment foe ever infraction , unlike its Full Members who have the power and authority to do anything they want to do .

This is why Sir Vivian Richards observation regarding the fact that INDIA refuses to have the 3rd Umpire in Cricket is a very telling indictment of the ICC .

In essence in the International Cricket Cabal , there are two sets of rules , One for Affiliates & the other for Members . ALL members with the exception of India must have the 3rd Umpire , but India is exempt from that Rule .

As I have state in this Forum often
,more Cricket is played off the Field than on the field .
