I think so , for when you playing at home
The replay would suggest it was a no ball based on where they stopped the action where the foot was planted.
But then, it didn't show if the plant had something behind the line and then the foot shifted into a no ball position.
It all depends on the motion replay.

They are adopting home team advantage in close decisions although that one was clearly a no-ball.
