From what I get watching these 2 matches, they are interpreting the rule as if anything is behind the line (grounded or in the air) at first contact with the ground is a legal delivery.

Thats correct Andy99, that is the rule (as said in the WorldT20). If part of the foot is behind the line, even if in the air once the front part of the foot is grounded, then its acceptable. Narine looked liked a No ball last night, but he had a good LBW shout turned down too. Shamsi's front foot looked legal to me tonight.
