Big blunder

Umar Akmal is down on his knees, kissing the pitch after leaving the home crowd stunned. One hell of a knock to single-handedly pull it off for Trinbago, a win which elevates them into third position. The match seemed gone, the Zouks were all over them at 63/5. But Elliott's over - and his quite unnecessary introduction - changed it all

Mayers' finger must have been damaged real bad for him not to have bowled his full quota.

BTW is this the same Akmal who hit Ian Bradshaw for 3 consecutive 6s on this very ground a few years back? Or was it his brother Kamran?

Somebody had to bowl that 4th over of Mayers and better get it over with early than late. Taylor had a bad finish and could not even finish his quota. He could have turned to Shilly. Be that as it may we got 3 out of 4 and are heading to Florida with some momentum.

You cannot just copy and paste without thinking for yourself.

Just saying.

Sammy erred big time...he believed he had the game in the bag

Don't stifle your conscience...what would it take from you to admit Sammy erred badly

The Elliot over was the turning point...18 runs in the over

He should have bowled Taylor...if Mayers couldn't bowl...Sammy was already the 5th bowler and bowling well...there was no need for a 6th bowler...especially if Shilly was not ever in the equation

When ever I corner you...YOU ALWAYS REVERT TO THE COPY AND PASTE ISSUE...you should know after 10 years....that does not bother me in the least wink

The Shilly issue is strange....strange...strange...since last match...picked to BAT at #9

The way I see it is that the batting team was 78/5 with 90 from 48 balls required and he could have taken the gamble and gone for the jugular with Taylor who later went for 23 in one over or just try to get a quick over out of his parttimer so not to save him for the death overs.

Not sure what the deal is with Shilly. He has played two games and has not bowled a ball. I know he could fling the bat a bit but this is ridiculous.

Shilly played every game in St. Lucia and did not bowl
