Corrupt Umpiring on Sri Lanka A vs WI A Tour

I have confirmed reports from many sources within international cricket that A team tours are notorious for "corrupt" umpiring decisions. This current Sri Lanka tour is certainly no exception.

I have heard some shocking reports of umpires apparently saying "I did not see that" and turn the other cheek so to speak, when decisions should so clearly and blatantly have been given in favour of West Indies A in this current Sri Lanka A v West Indies A series. It beggars belief that this is not being reported to the powers above (do they even care??) although it seems to be an open secret.

ICC surely need to evaluate corrupt umpires with far greater scrutiny because it is simply not right that our boys are working so hard out there but the A team tour is simply a showcase to ensure Thirimanne and the like make it back onto the senior team, thus, the decisions are being favoured to Sri Lanka (especially in the first Test match in Colombo).

I have heard reports that Sri Lankan players have come upto West Indies players afterwards, apologetically, knowing decisions given were completely and blatantly unfair to our boys on this tour. These corrupt practices need urgent scrutiny. Especially as all matches are filmed, thus, decisions CAN and SHOULD be coming under investigation whether these are being reported by West Indies team management or not. As one Sri Lankan cricket official said "these need to be reported because players careers are on the line, on both teams".

The only reason A team tour umpires are getting away with these shocking practices is because the matches themselves are not being globally televised in which case ICC would step in rather quickly, i suspect.

In reply to Judgement

Corrupt is a strong word and you need specific examples and evidence to support such claims.

In reply to voiceofreason The people with the evidence are not necessarily speaking up hence why the word "corrupt" is used to begin with. CJ Clark being an unofficial member of the West Indies "selection committee" is also a seemingly absurd claim but anyone who is close to the team knows this to be true for many years.
