Posters are saying the pictures look suspicious and in these days of photo-shop anything is possible. Posters have requested me to make a visit to Grenada to do a proper examination. I will be in touch - if that will further the examination. big grin

Keep at it. Don't give up.

Great commitment. I'm struggling with discipline in both diet and exercise.

In 2006 at 20 yrs old I moved to Barbados weighing 142 lbs. My land lady called me a skinny thing and said she'd fatten me up. She wasn't lying. I left there with 162 lbs. I maintained a 150-155 lb weight in gym with close to lean muscle mass for several yrs after.
In 2009 I trained with a buddy of mine for an amateur powerlifting competition. For my weight catgory, I had bulked up to 165 lbs of muscle and maintained that for 18 months. Since then, I've been a slave to my job. Working out sparingly and eventually almost non existent while maintaining the same appetite as I had during training days.
I now weigh 185 and am now back in gym. The hardest bits parts for me are maintaining workout intensity, dieting, and getting rid of the belly and lower back fat. I'm in for a rough ride.

Stick with it. And no carbs after 6 pm.

My job changes in 2013 from one of walking up and down for half the day to sitting nearly all day. Not good. I find that I am hungry all the time too. Help!
