At 26 Leveridge has bowled 32 overs of first class cricket so far, he may have physical attributes, but so do Holder, Brathwaite and Delorn Johnson, success is about putting in the hard work ahead of elevation to the big leagues. By the end of this season Leveridge would still have less than 300 overs in first class cricket.

You have a point, but it is dull.

1. How do you know whether he is putting in the hard work?

2. How long (time or overs) does it take to put in the hard work?

3. Did Holding, Marshall, Ambrose and Bishop put in the hard work?

Ambrose was the latest at 23 years to make his debut. I am saying starting out at 26 is rather late for a region that has a habit of discarding 30 year olds.

That is all.

The Fast Bowling talent we should be developing are Joseph and younger Holder and I think they trying to do that.
