It is interesting that AB said he would rather retire than serve under Amla, which is why Amla stepped down, in order to persuade AB to stay.

Now, AB is quite happy to serve under du Plessis. Curious...I guess that, like the Biblical Ethiopian, some white Saffers just can't change the colour of their skin.

Reminds me of when he 'volunteered' to keep wicket just when Thami Tsolekile was poised to take over those duties.
