Leewards vs Jamaica at Warner Park stadium will be a big match this weekend. The table is really compact and tight and competitive.Jamaica has a chance to break out but will they be able to?

You are correct. They have not updated those points as yet. Jamaica will be ahead still since Guyana and Barbados ended in a draw.

Pace bowling points is a good thing as it encourages the captains to use their pace bowlers. Bowling pacers 2/3 overs an inning is total bullcrap.
3. Barbados - 53.2 ????

A cappo does what is best for the TEAM....and use the strength of his players to benefit the team...if spin is the team's bowling strength....then fast men are used to remove the shine...and spinners must come on
(b) Pace Bowling Points awarded for each wicket taken by a pace bowler during the match in both the first and second innings.
0.2 pace bowling points will be awarded to the fielding team and will be retained whatever the outcome of the match. Each team must declare its pace bowlers to the Match Referee on the team sheet at the Toss. Points will only be awarded to those wickets taken by pace bowlers who have been declared on the team sheet at the Toss.

Dude sometimes the Captains do not even bother to give the new ball to their pacers. If we want to develop pacers how can we do so if they are underutilized? Winning the championship for the team is good for the team but what is good for West Indies cricket is some quality pacers to emerge from the championship and the best way to do so is to incentivize their wicket taking.
