No mention of the performance of Sunil
Ambris & Theophile ?? In fact they made more runs than Sebastien , I am disappointed that you have overlooked their performances . Please make corrections .

Where is the apology to the Windwards captain?

In reply to POINT
They did well but they disappeared in the first innings 47/7 and Sebo performed well when it was crucial.
In reply to openning
I don't need to apologize to a man with a 21 fc average...If anything he should apologize to faithful Windwards fans for being made captain despite his consistent mediocrity.
In reply to voiceofreason
De man has brought the Windwards silverware.
Isn't dat one of the yardsticks you have used in the past?
In reply to voiceofreason
Help me out here.
You say a man wid a 22 Batting average, 25 bowling average, 2 centuries and 10 five wicket hauls in FC cricket should apologise but trumpet the cause of a 24 batting average, 29 bowling average, 2 centuries and 10 5 wicket haul player?
In reply to Maispwi
One has batted in the top 6 most if not all his career the other has not. Those stats maybe acceptable for a bowler coming in at 7 who bats a bit but definitely not a top 6 batsman who bowls.
Also, the latter's stats include his test career. s far as I know Sebo has never played Test cricket but who knows now with his pops as a Selector he might get a look in.
Got enough help?
In reply to Maispwi
With the talent Windwards have and considering how long the team have been together he should have brought Windwards far more silverware.
In reply to voiceofreason
For the sake of argument, who is a better allrounder than Sebo in Windwards cricket?
BTW...Deo is an outsider...don't count him
In reply to voiceofreason
Hetmyer got two 60's, no honorary mention for the youth?
In reply to Narper
Just a couple names:
Dalton Polius cannot get a good run.
Kendoy Cottoy could get a look in.
Ryan John who played in the World cup winning squad.
These guys all have allround potential if given a chance but Sebo is irremovable.

In my opinion , the point you think you have made is moot . because if
those you failed to mention did not
put up big numbers ; obviously the
Leeward Islands would have won the match .
Therefore , the contributions of both
Theophile & Ambris were just as valuable to the Windward Islands as
Sebastien's contribution .
Now YOU in my opinion need to
recognize this fact . It should not be hard to correct your error , rather than being somewhat dismissive
of the contributions of both Ambris & Theophile .
In reply to POINT
Are you aware that Ambris with his lack of urgency, delayed the declaration until the next day and almost cost his team the game? Theophile could be given some consideration but he failed to show up in the first innings and lacked the requisite consistency for this list. He was also dropped on 30.
I am not being dismissive of their contributions I am just saying that their contributions were not as valuable as Sebo's to warrant mention on my list.

My team after four rounds....
After four rounds, I've set the bar for batsmen at an average of 50 and at least 200 runs. For bowlers, it's a demanding average of less than 25, and at least 12 wickets. Cornwall's averages are not enough to stand alone, but they do enough for him to get in as an allrounder.
1) Anthony Alleyne - 451 runs @ average of 64.42
2) Kyle Hope - 354 runs @ ave of 59
3) Montcin Hodge - 281 runs @ ave of 56.20
4) Shamarh Brooks - 260 runs @ ave of 52
5) Shiv Chanderpaul - 304 runs @ ave of 60.80
6) Jahmar Hamilton (wkpr) - 337 runs @ ave of 67.40
7) Rahkeem Cornwall - 177 runs @ ave of 29.50 & 23 wickets @ average of 27.56
Imran Khan - 106 runs @ ave of 17.66 & 17 wkts @ ave of 22.17
9) Nikita Miller - 25 wkts @ ave of 13!!!
10) Veerasammy Permaul - 18 wkts @ ave of 20.55
11) Keon Joseph - 14 wkts @ ave of 20.35
Players just outside the XI are John Campbell, Sunil Ambris, Jermaine Blackwood, Raj Chandrika, Raymon Reifer, Nkrumah Bonner, Roston Chase, Jason Mohammed, Shane Shillingford, Damion Jacobs, Gudakesh Moti-Kanhai, Jomel Warrican, Kemar Roach, and Gavin Tonge.

Looks like a good team. Raise the bar. Khan also opens for TNT so his allround stats may compete well with Cornwall.
