Kohli haters

Sensitive like a 'trini'?
Or just desperate for West Indian validation?
Barbados alone produced 10 Kolis, and we ent even start naming the real WI elites.
Stick to madly cheering singles and mouse-like silence when a visiting cricketer does something amazing to real cricket fans

The stands in Mumbai were packed for consecutive days. As Nasser Hussain said, they've come to see a Kohli century.
A day and a half later, 235.
Kohli is greater than any West Indian batsman of the past, and there is no doubt that the West Indies will never produce a batsman of his class, caliber, or credentials. Not now, not ever.

Mate, koli is greater than Bradman.
I am sure when he parks the car after a night ferrying WorlBoss round Bangalore, he shoots hoops better than Jordan, and in a jog can run faster than Bolt.

The English Weigh In
In reply to Devin
that's like a lifetime and a half at current exchange rates
but seriously, who really has the time or even the inclination to sit through DAYS of test cricket??
In reply to Devin
What would you have expected from the Brits after being plundered by Kohli?
Ok, ok, before you start firing live rounds, I happen to think that we're witnessing the evolution of the greatest batsman ever. Seriously.

no Kohli haters here.. Just peeps who want to poke Devin in the eye, kick him in the gonads, wipe that smirk off his face etc etc etc etc

And perhaps a better sense of perspective than he does.
In reply to Drapsey
I expect some to say that he's good or very good, possibly great, but they need to see him do it in England, which is fair.
The only real blemish on his record is that ONE series in England.

Kholi's baap birthday is on Dec 26. God did not want send both of his sons on the same day!

Will not loose any sleep to watch Kholi bat.
Nothing special about him.
The greats have all gone Lara ,
Tendy, Ponting, etc. etc.. Interest in cricket is
declining rapidly.Medicore cricketers all around.
Records galore will be made . No credibility should be
given to them.
In reply to Ridge
Keep watching Shiv for excitement..
In reply to Ridge
That's OK. All the Aussie commentators, English commentators, Pakistani commentators, Lankan commentators, etc etc love watching him bat. Even while he's sticking it to their teams.
In reply to Devin
They can't say otherwise.
India is where they get most of their broadcast contracts.
They know how to play their cards.
In reply to Khaga
Actually at age 42. I rather see him bat than
Kholi.
In reply to Ridge
Kholi.
You probably got a thing for mannequins too....
Glad Kholi is sparking so much interest but he plays for another team. What is our plan for the new generation Gary, Viv or a Brian?
Just talk right?

The English who were heaping praise on Kohli were back in England in the Sky Sports studio. Jackass.
Ian Botham still maintains Root is his guy. Mark Butcher is singing a different tune these days, he had Root in the past, but he's got Kohli ahead at the moment.
You think Atherton and Nasser give a shit about the BCCI?
Why was Lara in Pakistan telling everyone that Kohli is the best across all formats? The BCCI paid him as well? Why are Graeme Smith and Inzy speaking up for Virat in response to James Anderson's comments? The two of them being paid by the BCCI as well?
In reply to Ridge
Nothing special about him.
