Breaking Bones: Kemar Roach says he's back at 90mph....
In reply to FanAttick
Thanks for posting !!
this is great news for the team.
I noticed that he seemed to be taking a good amount of wickets per innings, but didnt see him, this confirms that he has upped his pace.
Needs to stay away from T20 and focus on ODIs. He needs more reps, accuracy and SUSTAINED aggression. I want to see more purpose in that approach to the wicket...the type that he had in his earlier days!(Malcolm Marshall
Nice!

Just bowling fast is not good enough in 2016...I have no idea why he is so excited?
Malcolm and all our greats were much more than speed..There was always a strategy...
We need to help Kemar work on his brain game and mental toughness...
Just getting excited to hit 90 mph is only good for the first 5 overs

Kaka Roach main goal should be to stay fit for the entire tournament.

Savagery?

Out of all our available fast bowlers, I'd say Roach is the best at "thinking" out batsmen. Key word - "available".

Roach is a a proven performer, he is not just some newbie that just realized he can bowl fast.
Roach bowled with an upright seam and got the ball to move and seam while constantly trying to work out the batsmen.
The major item missing from his armory was his speed , if he has that working for him everything else will fall in space with a little more time and work.
For me, he has every reason to be excited.

Partner, didn't you watch Roach bowl before his shoulder injuries took over? Roach has been our best test fast bowler since Ambrose and Walsh called it a day. Bowling leg cutters and nicking off great batsmen to slip. He turned a wonderful bowler to left handers around the wicket.
Roach has the goods, just need to stay fit and keep playing.
I also saw him saying on Facebook he's back, I was wondering if that meant he got back his magic touch with bowling.

Ok I am now a believer. That did not take too much convincing because when times hard, a man will grab at anything.
We must give him some mental support to get back into the modern test cricket world. It will not be as simple as adding him to the eleven.
They will need him and Gabriel to understand their roles and to support each other... Holder does a good job with the pink ball opening so these changes Kemar will have to be re-introduced to...
I am a forever optimist and any day now we will start climbing again

When you were once at 95 mph. Then when you reach #10 bowler in the world bowling a steady 85-90 mph. Then when you became ineffective at 80 mph. There is great joy when you can get your speed back up to 90 mph.
He slants the ball in from off and gets it to straighten. When you do that at 90 mph, you can be unplayable (He used to give Kane Williamson a torrid time). Now when you drop your speed to 80, batsmen get beaten, then they readjust, and you get no one out.

If he can regain his top ten form and ranking, our competitiveness will increase quite a bit.
"He" says he is back?
would be more credible if others say it Kemar
