He did not score no triple century on debut........in his first test match he made four or sain so before getting run out, his second test match was not much better.........this triple century is his maiden test century ( his first) and he joins Sir Garry and another player in doing so.........
Wunna does keep bare noise bout cricket and ent know fuck all bout the same cricket........and by the way a maiden test century is not a debut century...........please

Karun didn't score a triple on debut, however his triple is his debut century, made in his 3rd match.
In his debut match he made 4 in the first innings and did not bat in the 2nd innings.

People bout hey mixing up maiden test century with debut...........
when you play your first game in any sport it is your debut.........
whey you score your first century, goal or anything even if it come after you play a cazillion games it is your maiden, it cannot be a debut anything because you would have made your debut already......but then again interpretation does lik nuff people.........just sain.

Some English guy named RE Foster scored 287 + 15 or something like that (but more than 300 total, and less than Yagga's 214 + 100*) on his Test debut, way back in time. That was Foster's only Test century, and he didn't play much Test cricket after. Here is a Wikipedia article about him.
Sobers' first Test century was 365*, and Bobby Simpson's first was 302*, I believe (about the latter).

I know that Rass about Rowe! I was there. Rowe scored more than 300 runs on debut. Double and single makes a triple last time I did the calculation. I just didn't realize Karun had already played a couple matches.

Some people who were there claimed that Rowe made only 67 in the 2nd innings. He was run out by at least a yard, but Umpire Douglas Sang Hue was gazing somewhere and royally missed the call.
Any truth to that?
