No Kohli or Moeen Ali?

The voting period is from Sep 15th 2015 to Sep 20th 2016. So what Kohli did vs NZ and England will carry over to next year.
Since September of this year he's played 8 Tests, scored 964 runs, averaged 80 odd with three centuries, two of which were double centuries.

They should announce it in September then. Or make it for the calendar year.

Lol. Just take your time before you make any hasty decisions, it's not a race.

The process doesn't seem to make sense, but they must know what they're doing.

THE process makes sense if you think of it
The Australia, SA and NZ home season usually fall accross the calendar yr
the english test season ends in August and the Indian test season usually begin around Sept/Oct. So it's a good time for a cut off

Got it
did i miss people from Pakistan in those teams?
It seems like runs in India don't count.
