Merry Christmas to my CC.com peeps

Yamfoot 2016-12-24 22:10:19

You're all the big brothers I wanted but never had. Thanks for looking out for me and putting up with my many posts about me nd my gymming and toes.

This year and up to October 2017 is my year of self exposure. Admin wrestled with me for years to put up a headshot of me beside my articles. I always refused and eventually I gave in.

I am more of a behind the scenes gal....a bit of an introvert and quite shy. So this social media picture/video thing is quite the opposite of the real me. Am more comfortable exposing myself with words.

So, again....happy holidays, merry christmas and may y'all have a grand time.

You're all the big brothers I wanted but never had.

Beware of :
1. Snakes in the grass
2. Wolves in sheep clothing
3. Whitened sepulchres

Based on the comments of some posters on here, you may be regarded as more than a "little sister".

Just kidding. Merry Christmas to you and keep working towards your fitness goals.

Didn’t know you were in the yaad – then hellshire by all means –-- had one of the best lobster I ever eaten there – bought them off a fisherman on my son’s 16th birthday. Got them cooked at some thatched kitchen right there – the taste was to die for - my son was licking the oil running down his arm – great memories

Seasons Greetings to all CC.com posters. Stay healthy and seek prosperity.

Special greetings to the 'brothers' of Yamfoot.

My psychiatrist has advised me not to admire more than one Yammie picture per day and for no longer than one minute. More frequent or more extended 'admiring' could lead to Birdeyetis. big grin

Birdeyetis
I lost it and wondered where it went – so now me know a you have it – use it well or return to owner

I hope Yammie will forgive me for derailing her thread.

My lawyer has advised as follows:

1. A key requirement to establish criminal guilt is criminal intent (aka the guilty mind).

2. Even a blind man can see my intentions are dishonourable.

3. Birdeyetis is not a defence.

4. Judges especially females judges give 5 - 10 yrs for incest.

Based on the above I am pleading the fifth. lol lol lol

BTW I had no idea what a hypocorism was. Thanks.

Aptly: a nickname that attempts to be affectionate.

I have to look up hypocorism

Headley 2016-12-28 14:18:07

In reply to Yamfoot

Maybe you were as surprised as I was when you looked up hypocorism.

What surprised me was that the meaning had such a widespread, everyday use. With a meaning which relates to ' affectionate nicknames' one would expect it to be in more common usage.

So all these years while I was using 'Yammie' big grin to try to get the inside lane on these 'brothers' Pelon was there stroking his beard and ticking the box titled 'Use of Hypocorism' under 'Headley's Buttering-up Techniques'. big grin big grin big grin

Stay warm and hope you're making notes to tell us about chilly Mandeville.
