NIce quartet Headley!Allen proved he belonged with the big boys off his Olympic form. Hope the others make the same move.

That quartet can win the NCAA 4X100m. If someone running under 47 replaces Chambers they could win the 4x400m too.

Yes sir best time of the year.
BTW I suspect Nathon Allen may not be eligible to run this year for Auburn since he would have just registered but I am not sure.
Keep me updated.

OK. Where is Joe?

This performance by Morris and Bryan in the U18 400m at Carifta Trials 2016 gave me a lot of hope for improvement. Neither one had run sub 48 before. I will be keen to see what they do this year.

Likewise. Two very good efforts on their part. No word on Bann? Such a good talent that was nonexistent the past two ISSA champs.I'm very optimistic.......again Headley.

Thanks. I think Matherson is smooth as silk when running, and hopefully no injury this year or down the road. I also think the class 1 record is in jeopardy. This kid is talent written all over. Fluent;Effortless;Natural.
Just so you know, both Bann and Dontre will be at champs as per Track Alerts preview posted today. Watch out.!!!!
JC meet is tomorrow.
Blood boiling already.

Track at Melbourne coming along nicely.

Good news re: Bann and Williams. If Tyreke Bryan and/or Morris is back then we have a decent class 1 4x400m.
I was wondering about the track at Melbourne. Actually went on Google Earth to spy but the site was showing no construction activity. End of Feb sounds good.

Observer has pic of work being done.
Have to believe both Bryan and Morris returning. KC faves to win even with CBar vaulted class 1 quintet.

For those who never had the opportunity to go to KC, it is a experience surely missed. You simply can't explain in words what that experience is. Just the fact that you lived it, is enough to relate to. For those on the outside looking in.....unfortunate.

I have been to KC many times and I don't see what the fuss is all about. I like the spirit which is similar to other schools. Dwl

You're not a FORTIS.
Like I said......unfortunate,

Bann wins going 800 at JC meet.
Rogers romps the 5000.
Dontre jogs his 800.
