OF THE SENIOR ADMINISTRATORS AT THE

STATE ASSOCIATIONS .

I invite ALL to read the Article . This is very interesting News , because if True , it seems that the
India Supreme Court is not only going
after the Officials , but also Members
of the States Associations .

INCIDENTALLY THE BCCI WAS FORMED IN

1928 , AND THE WICBC WAS FORMED IN

1929 . AND IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE

SIMILARITIES IN THEIR STRUCTURE .

The article is very interesting , because as I have also stated in this
Forum , both the Regional Boards &
the WICBC must undergo serious Structural Changes ; if the Administration of Cricket in the Region is to be successful .

I get the impression that being an an
Independent Entity did not help the
BCCI much in the India Supreme Court . I am awaiting to hear a response
from the ALMIGHTY INTERNATIONAL
CRICKET CABAL ; regarding this matter .
I found it strange that the ICC did
not put in an appearance on behalf of
the BCCI , in India Supreme Court where the judges were verbally slapping the Officials of the BCCI .

The ICC has always built itself up as
being so commanding , and all Mighty , it turns out that it is a Paper Tiger when its Members are forced to appear in Court .

It would be interesting to ascertain
whether the Current Chairman of the
ICC , who is from India is among those who the India Supreme Court has
disciplined . I am reminded of the adage :

" LO HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN "
