Bajan PM takes flak over potholes in BIM

A couple of things these potholes can do: reduce drunk driving and speeding.

Actually, I was in Bim earlier in the last year and was shocked at the bad repair of roads outside of the ABC Highway. I was thinking to myself, how could this be for an island so dependent on tourism and what image is this giving to visitors.

Then again, most tourists to Bim probably plant themselves in a Hotel and the near environs of the closest beach.

I also asked myself, what of the locals and how are most putting up with this. Are these potholes left unrepaired primarily in opposition party constituencies?

But more importantly, what does this mean after 50 years of independence, unrepaired breaches in the development of Barbados?

They are many roads that need repair, my experience traveling from highway 1 west coast to ABC, why do it for visitors, the people need the roads fix.
