One of Trinidad most respectful politician who should have but never was/became PM, is now under fire for accepting an award from the radical and nationalistic Shiv Sena dominated Government of India.

While the award it self is noble, many prominent persons of Indian origin have refused to accept the annual award under the right wing government widely know for its attack on democracy, NGO's and poor Hindus who are seen as slaves for the pleasure of the Brahmins
