big grin big grin. I know. I kept up and went pass. As an all-rounder i think Dev qualifies as a batsman. Unless you want to edit the title of your thread to include specialist batsmen.

I would put Sehwag among the 5 greatest batsmen of India. Maybe ahead of Laxman.

Oilah 2017-01-11 11:54:26

No love for Sehwag... a match winner?

Kohli better than Sachin? Hmm then he is right next to Bradman huh wink

In reply to Runs

Kohli is greater than Bradman too..it will take a long time for the cricket world to realize it..

googley 2017-01-11 12:04:53

Gavaskar will remain India's best bat and the world's best opening bat.

Happy Birthday Wall!

Kohli is already the Greatest Indian batsman....check among them, who have the most match winning inning!

Oilah 2017-01-11 17:21:51

Let Kohli finish his career first. If he ends with an average less than say 45 it will be very hard to argue he was a better test bat than Gavaskar or Tendy or Dravid. Right now he is the best 50 overs and t20 bat.

Right now he is the best 50 overs and t20 bat.

That wasn't even a debate. Virat Kohli is the best batsman to step onto a limited overs cricket field ever in the history of all the 8 planets,70 billio trillion stars etc..
