THE EMPEROR AINT WEARING CLOTHES

Now WE know why he is scurrying around
and declaring that the Finances of the
WICBC are sound .

BTW , the latest ploy of changing the
name of the Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth , aka the WICBC is an exceedingly cruel
Joke .

Changing the name , while doing business as usual is foisting a Hoax
on the People in the Region . Because
the People in the WICBC are still going to be Arrogant ; Egotistical ;
Incompetent as they have been and are
regarding the Stewardship of Cricket in the Region .

It is worth noting that the Structure
of the WICBC , has not change since its inception in 1929 . This year the
Entity is going to be 88 years old .

The Truth is that over the years at times when the People in the Region get restless regarding the Stewardship of those in the
governance of Cricket in the Region ,
the WICBC dust off its well known Playbook .

It selects Panels to delve
into its Structure , and on getting
these Reports , they then deep six these Reports without taking on board
the salient features of those Reports
.

These Reports generally more or less
state the same things regarding the
WICBC .

1. THE WICBC IS NOT TRANSPARENT

2. THE WICBC IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE

3 . THE WICBC DOES NOT ADHERE TO GOOD

GOVERNANCE .

This year hopefully , WE are supposed
to get another Report , this one named the WEHBY REPORT . I HAVE

ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT IF IT REPORT

MIRRORS THE OTHER REPORTS THIS REPORT

IS ALSO GOING TO GO THE WAY OF THE

OTHER REPORTS THAT WERE COMMISSIONED .

I am reminded of the Witch in
Fairy Tales , who stated Mirror , Mirror on the Wall who is the Fairest of them All . The mirror always stated the Truth , which did not satisfy the Witch . Just like the Witch , the People in the WICBC , on being told that they have to be Transparent ; Accountable & exercise
Good Governance , refuse to believe
the Findings of those Reports .

TIME WILL TELL WHETHER THE WEHBY

REPORT WILL HAVE THE TESTICULAR

FORTITUDE TO AGREE WITH ALL PREVIOUS

REPORTS .

the International Cricket Crooks ;

It is generally acknowledged that Age
gives People Wisdom, unfortunately that aint the case with the Arrogant , Egotistical ; Big Idiots in the Worst

THE ONLY INTERNATIONAL CRICKET BOARD

IN THE WORLD , THAT CHOOSES TO HAVE

Thank God for small mercies cuz I cant imagine what it would be like if you made such a claim and set out to prove it. Lord help us.

I take it that my Critics are totally
satisfied with the manner in which the
Members of the Worst International Cricket Board in the Commonwealth , aka the WICBC .

It is quite evident from their comments that Transparency ; Accountability & Good Governance are
meaningless to not only them but also those who populate the WICBC .

It is this thinking why in the longer
versions of the game , Our Teams &
Players are wallowing at or near the
bottom of International Cricket .

Meanwhile Bangladesh , a team that
WE have treated with derision for years is going to England while our
Players are not in the Tournament .

This fact has apparently not dawned
on the WICBC & its Lackeys in this
Forum , who rather than address what
I state , love indulging in side issues that never address what is important in making our Teams & Players fully competitive in the International Cricket Arena .

IT IS ABOUT G O V E R N A N C E .

AND S T E W A R D S H I P .

These are the hallmarks of very well Organized Organizations . The WICBC
has been and is a total Failure in this Regard .

What credible explanation can the
WICBC produce to to demonstrate that
it has been Good Stewards of Cricket
in the Region , and it exercises good
Governance .

It is very important for the Members of the WICBC to tell the General Public what exactly is the purpose of
the WICBC having Public Spats with its Employees , prior to the latter
representing the Region in International Cricket .

Persisting in this Asinine behaviour
cannot be construed as being a motivational tool . It demonstrates
at least two me , that the People in
the WICBC are totally unfit to be in the governance of Cricket in the Region .

Let me again repeat what I have often stated in this Forum . On several occasions , the WICBC has commissioned several Reports regarding its 87 years old Structure .
Yet despite receiving these Reports

THE WICBC HAS BLUNTLY REFUSED TO

IMPLEMENT THE SALIENT RECOMMENDATIONS

OF THOSE REPORTS . THEREBY

PERPETUATING A CRUEL HOAX ON THE

PEOPLE OF THE REGION .

Currently WE are awaiting yet another
Report , this one called the WEHBY
REPORT . WE will have an opportunity
to ascertain whether THIS Report will repeat what the Other Reports have Recommended regarding the 87 years old Structure of the WICBC .

The Question is this will the Wehby Committee differ from other Reports
or will it echo the sentiments of the previous Reports . Time will Tell .
