I don't think Sammy is available for the entire tournament and he has not played for Windwards for years now so no problem with hm not being captain.
Sebo is a waste still so they need to find another option for Cappo.

He has captained the Windwards before back in 2011 when Sammy was absent. Not sure why he was not persisted with. He is a good option.

Maybe he ($ammy) is still ostracized by the WICB (CWI) for that non-flattering speech on the WT20 victory platform.

You have three options: Ambris, Fletcher and Charles but Ambris keeping wicket all season so I am not sure if there will be a change.
