Someone once said about Trump, "his supporters take him seriously, not literally".
His supporters largely elected Trump with the hopes of him bringing back their jobs and ignored the dictatorial nonsense spewing from his mouth. However, Donald seems to be taking that support literally by taking some unprecedented actions, recently. These actions took the people in the legal profession by surprise and they are going to fight back.
He made a series of mistakes regarding his ban on Muslims from certain Countries. He didn't consult with Congress and didn't wait for his Attorney General to be confirmed. This is proof that he is willing to work outside the system and people in the legal profession are going to fight back.
This is going to make it very difficult to accomplish his goals.

You need to stop evaluating trump's motives literally....he is probably best in the world at manipulating a system to his advantage...

Governance of the USA and governance of a real-estate business are hardly the same. In his business he could scam the banks using the bankruptcy laws banks dont get much sympathy since their business is also scamming scamming the world may not be as easy

Why did the Justice Department not defend his Executive Order? Because they question its legality.

Actually quite a lot of them do. Liberal secular democracy has brought nothing but loss of privilege, unemployment, political correctness, and diversity to their once great nation. They yearn again for the 1950's.

Some Americans are willing to give Trump some leeway, with the hopes of bringing back their jobs (not coming back) and eliminating terrorism but neither is going to happen.

I know there is more to it but those two things got him elected, along with some subtle racism.
