Kieran Powell intentionally demoted himself so Bonner and the rookie Otto could get some batting practice chasing a small total vs the U-19. Both failed miserably, but it is Bonner who has played every single game of the tournament who is a major cause for concern. He is our most experienced bat after Powell, he is our # 3 and it is crucial that he gets his act together. We cannot afford to carry him as a passenger.
He has two more games before the semis to gain some form and get back to post-REVO status. If not we may have to demote him and bring Hamilton in at 3.
Come on Bonner... Step it up!

The change of environment may have helped Bonner initially. It appears that old habits, die hard. There is still a battle going on...Let us hope that he does not backslide to pre- Revo status. The verdict is out on him.
