Jason Mohamed ...
In reply to natty_forever
Really?
He's in your final XI?
In reply to DIEHARD... Yes. Been good last season and continues into this season, both formats. Watch how Pride going do against our bowling as you know them can mek 200 against us, yet we couldn't get JM out. That is, he was not out against the best attack on show.
In reply to natty_forever
Agreed. Hope the selectors see it that way.

In reply to DIEHARD... is Al bowling better than Tayrol?
In reply to DIEHARD
That's a hefty team.
In reply to natty_forever
Not so sure.
Earlier in the tournament Aljo was, Tayrol has certainly gotten better.
In reply to natty_forever
you know how it is with Yard fans...always assuming..too big too strong..Pride beat Scorpions when it mattered and lost when it didn't matter.
In reply to analyst-kid... barely won, but were out played the second time. Momentum with Yaad.
I too can say Scorpions lost to Pride when it didn't matter, but won when they needed to.

You is a badman. Don't waste time with no keepers. Not even Ramdin.
In reply to DIEHARD
Maybe you should copy and paste the Hope over the Jmo.
In reply to DIEHARD
And Rampaul batting at 9, Nurse at 8. You aint easy bro. You got nuff bowling options but they better hit the sticks.
In reply to Logic
Lol. My bad. Earlier editions of my team have Hope at 3.

Jason Mohammed cannot bat
In reply to imusic
You keep saying that. Each time I watch TnT play, and the chips are down, he is the only Trini raising he hand
In reply to Baje
Agreed, Carter and JMo is the ODI next month
In reply to Baje
Never ever go to the races with misicman, he would want you to bet on a donkey in a horse race.
He has been trying to get me to do it for almost 4-years, I am still waiting for his player to do something, we can talk about.
In reply to DIEHARD
I ent going widout both Kraigg an Leveridge. Tayrol looks impressive with ball movement too. I like Leveridge - inexperienced, raw and not seasoned enough to respect any names; more likely to put dem in handcuffs. Hard decision between Taylor and Ramps. When I put in Kraigg Jaymo will have to sit.

Don't think Cornwall should play as yet but struggling to find another spinner who can bat because we need another to support Nurse, Mohammed and Paint can but we need a main spinner imo. Already have 3 main pacers with Powell as a 4th.
In reply to Baje and Andy99
Allyuh head hard.
tc1 is tc1 so I expeck dat from he...openning is a bandwaggonist. But allyuh?
Jason Mohammed will make runs domestically and do fork all in international cricket.
HE CANNOT BAT
In reply to imusic
Bro, JMo has been scoring runs in domestic One Day cricket for years now. In 4-day cricket he is shit, doh he is in the form of his life and this may be his chance to turn around that.
How many regional batsmen average 30 in List A cricket?
How many average 35?
Do any average 40 or above?
Well he does averaged and that is after a substantial amount of matches and seasons and a very very poor last season where he scored 50 from 5 innings to average 10.
And to go onto to that, in the recent A team tour to Sri Lanka (late last year) he averaged 88 for the team, scored a ton and a fifty in 3 innings.
Add in his tidy off spin and he is worth a run in the ODI team.
And come on you posting a link showing 2 matches, played 4 years apart?
In reply to Andy99
You can look at a player and know if he can bat or not.
Jason Mohammed cannot bat
He EARNED a spot on the WI team after a superlative Regional 50 over season and then went out to bat and was totally out of his depth.
So yeah...I all for giving players a run after making runs and taking wickets in regional competition. But once they show up and yuh realize they simply don't have it....yuh move on.
Some get raw deals by being given a short run. Jason Mohammed is not one of those players. In fact...the selectors did him a favor
We'll agree to disagree
Jason Mohammed has earned a call up to the ODI team - he is in form, did really well, is a good fielder and do not underestimate his bowling.
In reply to imusic
1 innings bro. A debut innings. U come to your assumption base on a player's debut innings.
But yeah we'll have to agree to disagree.
In reply to Outswinger
I actually am a batsman short..So Aljo sits to accommodate Kraigg at the top of the order.
JMo at 6, Cornwall 7
If Leveridge not taking a bunch of wickets regionally why select him over proven performers?
