Miller made a decision to shield Powell from the spinners at that point in the game... that's from good authority...
The decision almost worked...
Blame the other air heads at the top of the order... if they had followed the team strategy and paid attention... the match would have been much closer....
That's where JCA lost the game...

The only thing that Russell and Powell have in common is their haircut. Both extremely talented but Powell is a levelheaded big game player. He is the type of guy who is at his best when the pressure is on. Frankly i think this young talent has been unfairly ranked as a T20 hitter. I feel he could be good enough to play test cricket one day and certainly in this Jamaica team he should not be batting lower than 5 in the order.
Do you remember his thumping of Barbados 3 years ago in that 50 over tournament?

I think Jamaica had the ammunition to beat Bim,they savaged the TT bowling which could easily compare with the best in the Caribbean,they could have easily done the same with Bim,the big difference is batting second.Ramdin threw TTs limited chance when he elected to field first,I feel Jamaica would have still won but it would not have been that easy.If Yard bat fuss they beat anybody.
