Now, here are some facts. And may I mention, the cycle for this bad relationship between Bibi Netanyahu and Obama started with Bibi, who following in the footsteps of his Republican right-wing friends, always felt he could treat Obama, like a "Muslim little boy" and demonstrated that attitude when he disrespected Obama's Vice-President during his first trip to Israel in that position.
Just to add a little further friction, this one was again unfolding during a Biden visit - just as, in 2010, the vice president's trip was shaped and darkened by the news, as he arrived, that Israel had approved the expansion of Jerusalem's Ramat Shlomo neighborhood, outside the pre-1967 lines, to the open fury of the administration and to Biden's considerable and obvious discomfort.
