Ball in Bravo?s court ? Cameron

shivnotout 2017-02-21 18:41:21

With the career of the Trinidadian up in the air following his sending home ahead of the Tri-Nations Series in Zimbabwe last November, Cameron refused to be drawn definitively on the player’s future, saying only “the ball is in his court.”

shivnotout 2017-02-21 18:42:18

the ball is in his court

shivnotout 2017-02-21 18:44:56

Asked at the town hall meeting if he had received an apology from Bravo, Cameron again repeated: “The ball is in his court.”

pick up de ball and shy it at cameron lol

Disciplinary action cannot be started by Bravo....WICB must call a disciplinary hearing and determine the appropriate action.

Dave is a big idiot

POINT 2017-02-21 19:56:56

In reply to doublecentury

I hear You , but in fact Bravo has already been disciplined :

WITHOUT ACTUALLY HAVING A HEARING .

I get the impression that Bravo on the
advice of his Legal Representative is
staying Mum regarding this matter .

The fact is that Bravo has already been punished by being sent home from the Tour :

THIS OBVIOUSLY MEANS THAT HE HAS

ALREADY BEEN PUNISHED , WITHOUT

HAVING A HEARING TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF .

Now the above is a fact not fiction .
Being sent home from the Tour can only be conceived as punishment , in my opinion ; and the fact is that HE
is still being punished ; for the same freaking offense .

Bravo breached the code, just like Phil, and will have to delete the tweet.
The COS jus stated Bravo's still has an issue with the WICB, that has to be settle before he can be selected.

POINT 2017-02-21 20:25:28

In reply to openning

So why is it that the Issue according to what you have stated here ,if Bravo has with the WICBC , why is it that it cannot be settled ??????

It may be possible that Bravo's Legal Representatives has the WICBC over a
Barrel . This matter cannot be drag on forever . Sooner or later the
matter must be settled either out of the Courts or in the Courts .

It is possible that the WICBC is deliberately not moving on the matter
to further punish Bravo . If that is the case , Bravo's legal Representative if he/ she is Good
is making a note of this .

Bravo was asked to remove the tweet during the tour meeting, the tweet has not been removed.
They are not going to speak with him, until he delete the tweet.
If he were my son, I would advise him to remove, ignore the noise and focus solely on his game, I am a fan and his IPL contract, to me is below what it should be, if he was concentrating on his career

Bravo has the same issue as Phil Simmons, he signed a code of conduct to go on tour, which he breached, by call a Liar an Idiot.

In reply to openning

Bravo can also state that he will not remove the Tweet until Cameron apologises for stating that Bravo had
an A Contract , when that was untrue .

Let me distill all the fluff by asking You this Question .

DID CAMERON STATE THAT BRAVO HAD AN

A CONTRACT ??????

WAS WHAT CAMERON STATED REGARDING

BRAVO'S CONTRACT TRUE OR FALSE ?????

Please bear in mind that Bravo's tweet was prompted by what Cameron stated .

DO YOU BELIEVE THAT CAMERON OWES

BRAVO AN APOLOGY FOR TELLING A LIE

ABOUT BRAVO'S CONTRACT ?????

It is possible that if Cameron had accurately stated the Contract Bravo had ; this matter would have been
nonexistent .My take is that the Ball is also in Cameron's Court to apologise for being factually incorrect .

As the President of the WICBC , the onus was & is on Cameron , to be factually accurate when making Statements .

It was very irresponsible for Cameron to make a Statement that was incorrect . But I get the impression
that many people , perhaps including You want to give Cameron a Free Pass , regarding this matter .

This aint really Rocket Science , I
expect all Members of the WICBC to be cognizant of the facts before making
statements . Had Cameron done that
this matter probably would not have
happened .

doublecentury 2017-02-22 05:46:47

If Bravo breached his contract by disrespect and further compounded that by refusing to grovel he must face a disciplinary hearing and be punished if found guilty.

Dave however has suspended him indefinitely from all cricket without a hearing.that is not due process....and wipe does nothing either.

Are you that narrow minded for real?

And how is Cameron the boss? He is taking an illegal salary and he is no better than a thug and a bully.

He is no executive, he is not a professional and he is no leader, he is a big eediot.

Leave Yadi alone HE has to defend Cameron . It is indeed interesting that HE has not cited anything that I stated that was incorrect .

This whole matter was spawned by Cameron , who claimed that Bravo possessed an A level Contract . Now this aint a figment of my imagination .

HE prefers to delve in the land of SideShows , with the hope & expectation that these sideshows will divert attention from the fats
in this matter .

I take great delight in dealing with
Yadi & the other Charlatans of the WICBC ; in this Forum with the hope &
expectation that One Day they will all see the Light .

Unfortunately WE do not have credible
Sports Writers in the Region , most if not all of them have been emasculated
by the MIMIC MEN in the WICBC .

It is indeed very sad to see that Cameron is devoid of the Testicular Fortitude to apologise for wrongly
stating that Bravo had an A Contract
. Cameron in my opinion tangibly demonstrated his Arrogance & Incompetence in this matter .

Yes, he did but did this statement warrant a tweet to call out Cameron a big idiot? Wouldn't it be more acceptable if the tweet was worded to let him know he is an idiot without typing the actual word?

You cannot breach a code of conduct without being penalized.
Calling DD an idiot is a breach of the code
He is asked to take the tweet down and apologize
A lot of people would like him to stand firm, while his career is in limbo
My advised to the young man is to remove the tweet, and apologize for breaching the code, that he signed.

He called @davec51 a big idiot on social media. Accurate IMO. But that's besides the point.

He didn't call the WICB President a big idiot

Yes, you must stand up for your right. The Great Marley Song might be helpful for you.

Again I have to ask....who is his lawyer and what is his lawyer advising him?

Big 'I' says the ball is in Bravo's court....

Bravo is not saying a word....does he still want to play for the WI?

Kieron Powell waited for about 2 years for Pybus to leave before making a return to WI cricket....Cameron ent going anywhere in a hurry as he is poised for a 3rd term....who knows how many years Bravo will wait?

He was sent home from Zim for breaching the code, hope you not his legal representative

Evidently the WICBC does not have a Code of Conduct for its Members . That really is a pity , because Cameron on several occasions has violated the basic code of Conduct .
