Chadwick Walton may be 31 yrs, but deserve a play now.
Until some other batsman puts his hands up.

Braffit, Cummings and K. Powell for test.

Cummings cannot even make Bim ODI team.
So why is he in the Windies ODI Squad.

Braffit is not an ODI batsman at this time.
Powel never was an ODI player.
Powell and Braffit need to concentrate on 4day.
This ODI nonsense will hurt their ability
to maintain concentration on longer version.
Why can't we understand some players' roles.

Leverage needs to play now,
we have nothing to lose.

Akeal Hosein is my dark horse or X-Factor.

I believe that he will be a very good
even potentially great, if handled correct.
Test, ODI and eventually T20 all-rounder.

We can call for umpteen alternative imaginary squads. But selector is clear that he does not want to chop and change. So all this excercise is of no use.

What about the Jamaican opener Taylor? He is a good hitter, who actually gets into position
I would go with Beaton over Jamaican pacer (Beaton is a lot more accurate)

See what I told... Not change even in this last match. Same team and only because Gabriel is injured Joseph is playing. Else we would have had the same eleven playing after losing 2 matches in this series.

The selectors dont bother about losing anymore.

It is about where you are from. And i am not one to moan about selection policy, however, i have heard it from so many within the circle and after this series, it is more than obvious.

I made is quite clear in another post (thought is was this 1)
That the only change for the 3rd ODI would be AlJo for Angel.
This was due to Angel's injuries.

These selectors are facking stupid and arrogant.

Let's see if they dump Braffit(s) and K. Powell.
We can never win with the present squad.

Selection should be based on performances. Their confidence is down, their body language and cricketing skills are just not up to international, regional or national level. Which one of these current players deserve selection?
In my opinion Mohammed, Joseph, Nurse and Carter are the only ones that showed they could compete at international level. I would like to see Conwall and R Powel and needed is DM Bravo. Where is Dowrich?

The situation is terrible, horrible and very poor. Where are the educated and talented players of the past? Wake up people and formulate a NEW organization with a new vision and plan of action in restoring cricket in the region. Something has and must be done ASAP.

Get Emrit in the mix and I could go with your team

Dowrich should stick to test cricket

You cannot win....certainly not with any kind of consistency when these players are on the sidelines and deemed "unselectable"

And the jokey thing about it is....aside from carlos brathwaite...and for a time jason holder and sparingly emrit...they're the only ones that are in demand by foreign teams.


And yes....we've lost with these players....but the fact of the matter is....they're the best we have and if you TRULY want your best chance of winning....that's who needs to be in the team.

Exactly , add three new player to that squad , the rest need some A team tours a lot of them
