Had some family back in the day following this

Weirder and weirder and more reclusive they became, then they abandoned it and returned to some sort of normalcy

Early morning meditation? Once you get used to moving the prana around it's an amazing feeling, ent? that's if you stay awake.

What's the prana? My experience with meditation is simple. observe thoughts, sensations, emotions until you get a clear feeling of being detached from yourself. An experiential feeling of being separate from the construct that you refer to as yourself.

It's maindfcukingblowing...no pun intended.

Prana is that energy that is found in every breath, it's the life-force itself.

A form of meditation involves moving that prana that enters the body with every breath, throughout the body - such as down the right leg, down the arms etc. With practice, you'll feel the movement of energy, a tingling that is very relaxing. You can use this to direct energy to specific areas of the body to faciitate healing etc. You use your mind to move the energy by picturing the movement with every breath.
