The country has earned over 71 billion USD on oil revenue over the bast 42 years, yet a simple DMV computer system, a routine tool in every quasi first world nations is a mundane thing.
The PNM & UNC must answer as to why a simple system that is less than 25 million, and need only a dozen IP guys to design and implement, has not been done.
A DMV system is a major tool to solve and reduce crimes, maintain law and order, protect consumers from fraud and inform public policy in many other issues.

Okay, happy for the correction, please tell the correct number for oil and gas sales since the boom in 1973?
BTW, even if it is $20 Bil, the DMV system is still mere pittance compare to other Govt purchases, Heck, the current President spent about $17 mil in wine alone

I agree,we should not have one pothole or bad road here!! Dey tief and waste 60% of our wealth...
I've always held the position that we've been shortchanged due to corruption.
