Running in hard and bowling slow?
In reply to Ridge
He's not bowling slow at all...are you watching?
In reply to granite... you waan the man to bowl from both ends?
In reply to Larr Pullo
Not watching. Thought you were being sarcastic

Running in hard and bowling slow?
Why would you respond if you are not watching?
This is the problem with the Caribbean so-called cricket fans...

Just listening. The commies say he is bowling around the 130's.
He just got his fourth wicket
Devon Smith ct Nurse b Roach 103
Roach just got Smith, brilliantly caught in the slips by Ashley Nurse for 103. Roach has taken all four of the Volcanoes wickets to fall.
Of course the Bajan commas, Pedro Agard and Keith Holder are gushing about him being ready for a test recall, yet Smith who just rests a fourth ton on the Bajans, shouldn't get near a WI team....according to the biased Bajan comms!!!!
In reply to Larr Pullo
Link me up nah
In reply to Ridge
130's is Holder and Braithwaite pace... medium pace... don't need another medium pacer.
Until the Comms could produce a 'speed gun to measure his speed, I would take whatever they and others say with a grain of salt.

It's on Windies cricket...the WI website. Windiescricket, com click on the live link.
What's going on? Long time you ent hit a brother up...
In reply to robbo
Stuart Broad bowls 130's too. You saying he can't bowl?
In Roach I see a bowler bowling very good lines and lengths AND more importantly getting the ball to move in and out.
In reply to Larr Pullo
All is good adjusting to the new surroundings. Not one drop of snow I ent touch.
this year

I'm questioning the accuracy of '130's '.... to me that implies low 130''s.... I suspect he is bowling high 130's to 140.... still slower than Roach in his heyday but if he consistently moving the ball then that is enough ... he's taking wickets again which has got to be a good thing. I didn't see any of the days play so I can't comment on how he looked today.
STICK A FORK IN Roach
Too slow.....amongst the current crop of fast men....Al JO and Angel are the current standards
DE Kaka done
In reply to Narper
Why you say that?
In reply to Narper
While you were sitting having your Tequila, he was bowling his way back.
Bowled very fast against the Leewards and peg the Windwards back today, 4-22 in this match
He got the ball to moved both ways today
One good thing about Roach is that he is getting wickets at Kensington, one of the best batting wickets in the West Indies BUT with something in it for a bowler if he bends his back.
In reply to analyst-kid
the ONLY wicket conducive to fast bowling
DE Kaka done....I seh suh

mojito wid double appleton was my choice

Why you say that?
Twinkle Toes Smith (103, 196 b,267 m, 16x4)
Actually I think Sabina and QPO is more conducive to fast bowling by virtue of the fact they are not batting paradises like Kensington.
Kensington has a greater balance re batting and bowling than all the others in the WI.
